Living with smoked fish

Along the Ghanaian coast, many fishing towns make a living by smoking fish. The round cisterns that you see are used for smoking fish. Wire mesh is put on top of the cistern with fish on it; wood is burned below. The whole thing is covered with leaves or tole to improve smoke production. Imagine living near to them. Walk around like a Bokkum all the time.
