Rain in Dakar. It hasn't rained this much in years, or so people tell me. In the background, you can see the highest hotel in Dakar, Ngor Djarama. The lunatic in front of it is actually standing on the road leading to the hotel. Since the taxidriver didn't want to risk his car, we had to get out and walk the rest of the way to my friends' house.
