Here's a picture of a good candidate to become Peter's place. It's in a zone called Cicap Fanuk, close to the sea in a quiet area. I've visited it twice and have come to an agreement on the price with the owner. No agency involved, so no fee for the agency (saves 550 dollar to be spent on other things). I hope to sign the contract today, so I can move in tomorrow or the day after.
